Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

In short

TempMail.now is a free tool that gives you a short-lived email address. It is meant for quick, low-risk sign-ups. Do not use it for anything illegal, and do not use it for accounts you need to keep, like your bank. The service comes as-is, with no promises about uptime or storage.

These terms are the rules for using TempMail.now. By opening the site or using a temporary address, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What TempMail.now is

TempMail.now is a free disposable email service. It hands you a random address that can receive messages for a short time. The address and its messages are then deleted for you. You do not sign up, and you do not pay.

The inbox is not private or secure

This is the most important rule to understand. A temporary address is not a secure, private mailbox. Addresses can be simple, and anyone who knows or guesses an address may be able to read the messages sent to it.

  • Do not use it for banking, health, or other sensitive messages.
  • Do not use it for password resets or two-factor codes.
  • Do not use it for any account you need to keep or log back into.

Treat the inbox as public and short-lived. If you are not sure whether temp mail fits your task, read is temp mail safe.

How you may use it

Use TempMail.now for normal, everyday sign-ups: Free trials, one-time codes, downloads, and sites you may never visit again. Using a disposable address is legal in most places, as we explain in our guide on whether disposable email is legal.

What you must not do

To keep the service safe for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Break any law, or help anyone else break the law.
  • Send spam, threats, or harass other people.
  • Commit fraud, or pretend to be someone you are not.
  • Try to break, overload, or hack the service or its servers.
  • Use bots or scripts to abuse the service at scale.
  • Use the service to harm others or violate their rights.

We may block access or remove any address that breaks these rules, at any time and without notice.

No guarantees

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be online, that every message will arrive, or that messages will be kept for any set time. Addresses and messages can be deleted at any point. Do not rely on the service for anything important.
